7.7-mile slush puddle
got sick of being sick, and had to get out there, perhaps foolishly; it was more like speed-wading, splashing through one icy slush puddle to the next, and i took a sweet digger in the slop under the BU Bridge. but running is a cure for so many things, why not a chest cold? i may just be answering that one tomorrow.

7.679 miles: 76mins., 22 secs.
@ 9 min. 50 sec. miles (ouch!)
weather: 33F, rain, wind
surface: slush puddles, ankle-deep slush puddles, crusty snow-covered ankle-deep slush puddles
music: run mix 2 (1.02.09)
pre-run eats: banana, cup of yogurt, bowl of golden flax cereal, one packet of vanilla bean energy goo, two Advil.
